Smoking is a habit that causes numerous numbers of diseases all over the world each year and it is essential that you learn how to quit smoking. You are already aware of these facts. Limit the intake of caffeine and alcohol as this may put undue pressure on your system. This may lead to your loss of will and you may go back to your old ways.
